Information on Behalf of Our Clients.
We provide marketing and advertising products and services for our clients, and may collect and process information about individuals at the direction of our clients ("Client Data"). Client Data has historically included contact data, demographic data, social handles, content, internet activity, and location data, among other information. Our processing of Client Data is governed by the terms of our service agreements with our client, and not this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for how our client treat the information we collect on their behalf, and we recommend you review their own privacy policies.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
Respond to inquiries and communicate with you
Measure and analyze Site traffic and engagement
Develop, deliver, and measure advertising — including on behalf of clients, and through our own marketing and business development
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies
Recruit and evaluate job applicants
We do not use Site visitor data to make client campaign decisions; client campaign data is governed separately under applicable client agreements.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to recognize your browser or device, remember preferences, and support advertising and analytics functions. These may be set by TEN directly or by third-party partners (analytics providers, ad tech platforms, and social media platforms).
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. Where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email delivery)
Advertising and identity partners, including LiveRamp and similar data connectivity providers, which enable identity resolution and audience matching across advertising platforms
Media and social platforms, including Google (DV360) and social media advertising platforms, for the purpose of delivering and measuring advertising, including cross-context behavioral (interest-based) advertising
Clients and business partners, in connection with agency services
Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some of the sharing described above — specifically, sharing identifiers with advertising and identity partners to support cross-context behavioral advertising — may meet the legal definition of "sale" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws (see Section 6).
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or contractual obligation.
6. Your Privacy Choices
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise this right:
Use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the Site footer, or
Set your browser or device to send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we will honor as an opt-out request where legally required
Access, Correction, and Deletion
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To submit a request, contact us using the information in Section 10.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
